  • Develop and deliver training programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content remains relevant.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
  • Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree/High School Diploma.
  • 3+ years of hospitality training experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and LMS.
  • Arab nationality preferred.
